The Aged Grappa is produced by distilling the Grechetto grape, the traditional variety of Umbria. Distillation is done in a continuous cycle and at the end of the process the grappa is transferred to French oak barriques for the aging process. With an intense amber color, our Grappa Riserva is smooth and elegant, with pleasing mineral notes typical of the grape with which it is produced.
Our Grappa is produced by distilling Grechetto grapes using a continuous cycle system. It's extremely bright and it keeps the typical minerality of the grape. In the mouth it is dry and wrapping.
